Flamingo rocking chair
One of the first chairs to be entirely fabricated from steel wire was the 'Flamingo' rocking chair (or SM05), created by Dutch designer Cees Braakman for Pastoe in 1958. The base is made of black and grey enameled iron wire. The vats are coated with rubber and the chair has it's (rare) original cushions. (Ofcourse it can also be used without.) The condition of the rocker itself is good (some rust) and the yellow fabric is reasonable. New upholstry in a fabric of your choice can be arranged.
